We co-create a better living experience through fine-tuned technologies and infrastructure, bringing the first comprehensive solution of “Smart Building as a Service” for developers and residents, based on orchestration powered by artificial intelligence.
OUR ACTIVITIES IN THE CONSORTIUM
We are developing a platform for smart buildings with access management, energy monitoring, and a backend for user and device administration. It will include the Phillip mobile application, which will provide data to end users, integrate a biodefense system, notifications, behavior analytics, and appliance management based on electricity market prices.

What Are Your Expectations from the STICS Project?
From the project, we expect the opportunity to participate in the development of innovative solutions for smart buildings in our regions, to deepen cooperation with technical and academic partners, and at the same time to deliver real benefits to end users in terms of comfort, energy efficiency, and safety in their homes.
For Whom and When Will Your Outputs Be Applicable?
• Technical partners and developers: will use the outputs for the design and operation of energy-efficient buildings – from M6.
• Household residents: after the project is completed, they will gain access to a mobile application for access control, energy consumption monitoring, savings recommendations, and alert notifications – from M20.
